Service Availability: We strive to ensure that our services are available 24/7. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for any downtime or interruptions.

User Responsibilities

Account Registration: You must provide accurate and complete information when registering an account. You agree to update your information promptly if there are any changes.

Confidentiality: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login details and for all activities that occur under your account.

Compliance: You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to tax laws, employment laws, and data protection laws.

Accuracy of Data: You are responsible for ensuring that all data provided to us is accurate and up-to-date. AMEX Payroll is not responsible for any errors or issues arising from inaccurate data provided by you.

Payment and Fees

Service Fees: Fees for using our services are detailed on our pricing page. We reserve the right to change our fees at any time, with prior notice to you.

Billing: Payments are due as specified in your service agreement. You agree to pay all charges and fees incurred in connection with your account, including any applicable taxes.

Late Payments: Late payments may incur additional charges. If your account is past due, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services until the balance is paid in full.

Refund Policy: Refunds are issued at the sole discretion of AMEX Payroll. Any refund requests must be made within 30 days of the billing date.

Termination

By User: You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Termination will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

By AMEX Payroll: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, non-payment of fees, or other reasons at our sole discretion.

Effects of Termination: Upon termination, you will lose access to our services, and any data stored on our servers may be deleted. We recommend that you back up your data before terminating your account.

Limitation of Liability

No Warranty: Our services are provided “as is” without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will be error-free or uninterrupted.

Limitation of Damages: AMEX Payroll will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or business interruption.

Maximum Liability: Our total liability for any claims arising out of or related to our services will not exceed the amount paid by you for the services in the six months preceding the claim.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on our website. Your continued use of our services after the changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms will be resolved in the courts of United Kingdom.
